INJECTION AND INSERT MOLDING

We are experienced at manufacturing a wide range of plastic parts ranging from simple to complex in shape and small to large in size. We commonly work with materials such as PVC, PP, PU, Nylon, Acetal, ABS, PBT and many others. For injection molding, we have 6 large format molding presses and 14 sets of small format machines. The variety allows efficient use of machines and mold for best cost efficiency.

METAL STAMPING

Activ Products metal stamping facilities are equipped with more than 80 units of automatic and manual power press machines and have a working capacity ranging from 6.3 tons to 250 tons. The extensive scope of machinery thereby enables us to manufacture parts of varied sizes and different level of complexities at great ease.

Running on a 24-hour production schedule, Activ has ample capacity and flexibility to respond to the dynamic demands of our customers. Activ's high productivity also results in substantial cost-savings and this is channeled back to the customers.

PROCESS CONTROL

Maintaining a long term and stable production is a key element in our manufacturing process. We used well-thought design input as well as various software programs to maximize efficiency in production and reduce waste.

In addition, the production line is set in a lean manufacturing format. Assembly and production follow strict flows according to Japanese instruction.
